## Title: Customer Service Agent

About the Role

Estuary Business Solutions (EBS) is expanding its dynamic team and seeking talented customer service professionals to join us in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain updated knowledge of all products and services to provide adequate education and information to customers
  • Cross-sell other products and services based on customer needs
  • Make product and service suggestions tailored to meet each customer's specific requirements
  • Promptly respond to and attend to customer questions and requests
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information to resolve any issues
  • Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately process their requests
  • Document important customer information for future reference
  • Collect and record customer feedback and information, sharing insights with appropriate departments and team members
  • Generate interest in new products or services and connect customers with salespeople when required
  • Foster and maintain customer relationships to improve retention rates
  • Attend all required customer service-related meetings
  • Perform mathematical calculations regarding sales and inventory
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of activities and tasks
  • Perform additional tasks as instructed by management
