About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable Real Estate company, for the role of Customer Relationship Manager (CRM/Client Experience Manager).
This role is best suited for someone who is passionate about people, thrives in building long-lasting client relationships, and is ready to ensure every client interaction reflects excellence. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering world-class service, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all clients, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues
- Build and maintain trusted relationships that foster client loyalty
- Manage communications, feedback, and service requests with speed and professionalism
- Work with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction levels
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Experience, or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Experience in Real Estate is an added advantage
- Must live in or around Lakowe or Lagos Island and be available for a physical interview at short notice
