## Title: Customer Relationship Manager

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable Real Estate company, for the role of Customer Relationship Manager (CRM/Client Experience Manager).

This role is best suited for someone who is passionate about people, thrives in building long-lasting client relationships, and is ready to ensure every client interaction reflects excellence. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering world-class service, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all clients, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships that foster client loyalty
  • Manage communications, feedback, and service requests with speed and professionalism
  • Work with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction levels

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Experience, or related roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience in Real Estate is an added advantage
  • Must live in or around Lakowe or Lagos Island and be available for a physical interview at short notice
