An established company is recruiting for the following position. Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Relationship Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client databased, relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office tools.
