Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Relationship Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client databased, relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office tools.
