Role Description

The Creative Team Lead will oversee the creative direction of projects, guide the design team, and ensure that all visual output aligns with the brand's goals and identity.

The role involves developing concepts, supervising the creation of digital and print designs, managing brand assets, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions and conceptualize creative ideas
• Review design materials and provide constructive feedback to the creative team
• Supervise the creation of digital and print designs
• Oversee creative direction and ensure alignment with brand goals and identity
• Manage brand assets and maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Collaborate with strategy and marketing teams
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior creative or team lead role
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and professional design work

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in graphic design, branding, typography, and visual communication
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Ability to guide, mentor, and manage a creative team
• Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
