Creative Designer at Creative Intelligence Group

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Creative Designer to join our team at Creative Intelligence Group in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be a hands-on designer creating stunning visuals for multi-channel campaigns and shaping our visual identity across all platforms.

• Create Amazing Work: Design compelling visuals for social media, digital ads, branding, and web projects across multiple channels

• Grow Your Craft: Bring new visual trends, tools, and ideas to the team, helping the organization stay sharp and innovative

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of professional design experience in a creative agency or in-house brand team
• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your best work
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential)
• Strong foundation in design principles: typography, colour theory, composition, and layout
• Proven experience designing for digital and social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree or HND in Social Sciences or a related field
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Experience with AI tools for creative work
