## Title: Corporate Sales Manager – Building Materials

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Corporate Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the tiles and building materials sector.

Compensation

N400,000 – N500,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategies to complete sales targets and drive primary sales for tiles and other building materials
  • Leverage relationships with top real estate project companies in Nigeria to secure new institutional business
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Nigerian building market, products, and key industry stakeholders
  • Attend industry trade shows and proactively visit project sites to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Manage planning, reporting, and coordination activities with the internal sales team
  • Develop accurate sales reports and forecasting models based on collected market data
  • Communicate complex product details and value propositions effectively to high-level clients

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND (minimum)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the construction or building materials industry
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in the Tiles and Building Materials sector

Required Skills

  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office for sales reporting and documentation
