## Title: Corporate Sales Manager – Building Materials
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a Corporate Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the tiles and building materials sector.
Compensation
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to complete sales targets and drive primary sales for tiles and other building materials
- Leverage relationships with top real estate project companies in Nigeria to secure new institutional business
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Nigerian building market, products, and key industry stakeholders
- Attend industry trade shows and proactively visit project sites to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Manage planning, reporting, and coordination activities with the internal sales team
- Develop accurate sales reports and forecasting models based on collected market data
- Communicate complex product details and value propositions effectively to high-level clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND (minimum)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the construction or building materials industry
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in the Tiles and Building Materials sector
Required Skills
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office for sales reporting and documentation
