The Nigerian Air Force Microfinance Bank is looking to recurit a results-driven Content & Social Media Specialist to revamp and grow its social media platforms through compelling content and strategic advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Strong Graphic Design Skills - Proficient in creating high-quality visuals for social media (posts, banners, stories, ads) using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.

Content Creation & Strategy Expertise - Ability to create engaging, original, and on-brand content (captions, visuals, short videos) that drives interaction and consistent audience growth.

Social Media Page Management - Proven experience managing social media pages, including content scheduling, inbox management, comment moderation, and community engagement.

Social Media Advertising & Ad Placement - Skilled in planning, launching, and optimizing paid social media ads to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Analytics & Performance Tracking - Ability to analyze social media insights and ad performance, adjust strategies, and report on growth and engagement metrics.

Creativity with a Results-Driven Mindset - Highly creative, proactive, and focused on transforming stagnant pages into active, engaging platforms that support business goals.
