Content Creator / Video Editor

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator / Video Editor to develop engaging, high-quality visual and digital content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and publishing compelling video and multimedia content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas aligned with the company's brand and marketing goals
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media, website, ads, and promotional campaigns
• Create short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Edit raw footage into polished final products with sound, effects, graphics, and transitions
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create campaign content
• Stay updated with current digital trends and incorporate them into content strategy
• Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
• Optimize content for engagement and performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, Film Production, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and creative projects
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content optimization strategies
• Basic understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio recording
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills
