## Title: Community Sales Manager – Renewable Energy

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Community Sales Manager to lead sales growth by engaging directly with local communities, expanding brand reach, and driving customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has experience in community-based sales in industries such as renewable energy, FMCG, telecommunications, fintech, or microfinance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement grassroots sales strategies to penetrate local markets and drive product adoption
  • Recruit, train, and manage sales agents or distributors within the community to maximize sales
  • Organize community events, activations, and campaigns to educate potential customers and increase brand visibility
  • Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded
  • Build relationships with local leaders, associations, and influencers to strengthen market penetration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in community sales within renewable energy, FMCG, telecoms, fintech, or microfinance
  • Strong networking and people skills with a deep understanding of grassroots sales
