An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview:

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the CLM framework.

The successful candidate will lead the Foundation’s efforts in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting periodic program audits, and generating high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires a professional capable of translating complex data into actionable insights to improve program efficiency and accountability.

Education: al Background:

Possession of a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience:

Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analytics, or the implementation of community-based programs within the nonprofit or development sector.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital data collection tools (such as KoboToolbox or ODK) and a strong command of Microsoft Excel and other analytical software.
