CLM Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

Position Overview: - The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the CLM framework. - The successful candidate will lead the Foundation’s efforts in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting periodic program audits, and generating high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders. - This role requires a professional capable of translating complex data into actionable insights to improve program efficiency and accountability. Education: al Background: - Possession of a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or a related discipline. Professional Experience: - Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analytics, or the implementation of community-based programs within the nonprofit or development sector. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital data collection tools (such as KoboToolbox or ODK) and a strong command of Microsoft Excel and other analytical software.
