Position Overview
Join a leading event center and multipurpose venue designed to host various social and corporate gatherings. We are seeking a Client Relations & Administrative Officer to provide exceptional service and support for celebrations and professional meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram
- Manage event bookings and schedules
- Prepare and send invoices and booking confirmations
- Maintain accurate client records and databases
- Follow up with clients before and after events to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or BSc degree
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
Required Skills & Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in social media and WhatsApp management
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and efficient
