About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, mission-oriented Christian Community Manager to help us grow and steward our community from the ground up. This is a hybrid position that offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and engage our online community across WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and Instagram
• Support daily online prayer initiatives and periodic webinars and programs
• Publish engaging and relevant content that resonates with the community
• Create support structures for accountability, engagement, and discipleship
• Collaborate with leadership to expand the community's reach and impact

Required Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 years of professional experience
• Committed, mission-oriented Christian
• Passionate about spreading the gospel and discipling others through community
• Proven experience managing and building online communities (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram)
• Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to inspire, encourage, and guide others
• Organized and proactive approach to creating content and engagement strategies
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in social media platforms and Zoom
• Previous experience managing or moderating Christian communities (online or in-person)
