An established company is recruiting for the following position. Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
  • A professional Certification in ICAN/ACCA/CFA is required.
  • 10–15 years of senior financial leadership, with healthcare/hospital experience.
  • Strong expertise in healthcare finance, multi-branch operations, and funding strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, optimize costs, and drive financial sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning, reporting, and risk management across all branches.
  • Oversee budgets, cash flow, and consolidated accounts.
  • Manage billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle processes.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax laws, and audit standards.
  • Develop sustainable funding models and attract capital for expansion projects.
  • Provide financial insights to the COO, CEO, Board, and external stakeholders.
