Chief Financial Officer

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage - A professional Certification in ICAN/ACCA/CFA is required. - 10–15 years of senior financial leadership, with healthcare/hospital experience. - Strong expertise in healthcare finance, multi-branch operations, and funding strategies. - Proven ability to lead teams, optimize costs, and drive financial sustainability. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead financial planning, reporting, and risk management across all branches. - Oversee budgets, cash flow, and consolidated accounts. - Manage billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle processes. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax laws, and audit standards. - Develop sustainable funding models and attract capital for expansion projects. - Provide financial insights to the COO, CEO, Board, and external stakeholders.
