This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Responsibilities Menu and recipe management:
  • Develop recipes and create new dishes.
  • Plan and price menus, ensuring they are high-quality and profitable
Kitchen operations:
  • Oversee and manage all kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure that cooking and food preparation are done in a timely manner.
Inventory and cost control:
  • Manage and control stock, inspect deliveries, and discard expired or out-of-date items.
  • Place orders for necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Keep records, manage budgets, and control food costs
Food safety and hygiene:
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
  • Implement and enforce proper sanitation, storage, and handling procedures.
Requirements
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree / HND / NCE with 1 - 3 years experience.
