Responsibilities
Menu and recipe management:
- Develop recipes and create new dishes.
- Plan and price menus, ensuring they are high-quality and profitable
Kitchen operations:
- Oversee and manage all kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure that cooking and food preparation are done in a timely manner.
Inventory and cost control:
- Manage and control stock, inspect deliveries, and discard expired or out-of-date items.
- Place orders for necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Keep records, manage budgets, and control food costs
Food safety and hygiene:
- Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Implement and enforce proper sanitation, storage, and handling procedures.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree / HND / NCE with 1 - 3 years experience.
