## Title: Business Intelligence Analyst – Mid Level

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will support data-driven decision-making by designing and maintaining BI solutions that translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Power BI/Tableau dashboards and automated reports
Analyze large datasets to uncover performance trends and business opportunities
Collaborate with commercial, finance, and technology teams to define KPIs and business metrics
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources
Support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
3–5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles
Strong SQL and data modeling skills
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
Excellent analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with telecom KPIs and enterprise data environments
