About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will support data-driven decision-making by designing and maintaining BI solutions that translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Power BI/Tableau dashboards and automated reports
• Analyze large datasets to uncover performance trends and business opportunities
• Collaborate with commercial, finance, and technology teams to define KPIs and business metrics
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources
• Support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics roles
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Excellent analytical thinking and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with telecom KPIs and enterprise data environments
