  • The role involves building meaningful partnerships, creating tailored travel experiences, and expanding our client base among B2C and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients individuals, groups and HNIs with tailored travel solutions.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that position the agency as a trusted travel partner.
  • Meet revenue goals through consistent outreach, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Represent the agency professionally at client meetings and industry events.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client relations, ideally within travel, hospitality, or lifestyle services.
  • Strong personal or professional network among HNIs or premium clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads independently and convert opportunities to business.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
