Position Overview:
Partnership Development:
- Identify and approach manufacturers and dealers who align with our recycling company and target market.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with potential partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturers and dealers to ensure ongoing partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers in different industries.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in manufacturing, product demand, and market shifts to target the right partners.
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding of manufacturers and dealers onto the recycling company
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate supplier products, ensuring they are accurately listed, categorized, and promoted.
- Drive sales by expanding the product range and ensuring a steady supply of high-quality products from various manufacturers.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to maximize exposure and sales for new partners.
- Track and analyze the performance of onboarded manufacturers and dealers to ensure they meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and support to partners to help them optimize their product listings and sales performance.
- Ensure that all products from partnered manufacturers and dealers meet quality, safety, and legal standards required for the platform.
- Must be a BSc / HND holder in Business admin,Marketing or any related courses
- Must have a cognate experience in business development (atleast 3 years)
- Must have worked or have experience in a recycling company.
- Salary: N70,000 / month
- Transportation: N3,000 daily
