A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Position Overview:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the hospital
- Increase patient inflow through corporate partnerships, referrals, and strategic engagements
- Promote hospital services to HMOs, corporate organizations, and individuals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Manage corporate accounts, service agreements, and follow up on MOUs
- Support marketing campaigns, health outreaches, wellness programs, and community activations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue performance
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align services with market needs
- Represent the hospital at networking events, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing (healthcare experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently
- Good presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
