An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base and supporting the company’s overall growth objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular business development and sales reports.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Good understanding of the Lagos business environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
