## Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, with experience in the security industry being advantageous. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Develop and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the security industry
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Must reside on the Island in close proximity to Ikota
