Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the security industry
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and prospects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the security industry
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Must reside on the Island in close proximity to Ikota
