Position Overview
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee and drive business growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for promoting the company's fleet and manpower outsourcing solutions, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to introduce the company's fleet
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their queries and ensuring client satisfaction
- Develop business development strategies and plans to meet organisational goals
- Execute strategic initiatives to expand the company's market presence and drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors within the industry
- Analyse market data to tailor service offerings to client needs
