We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Responsibilties
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase patient volume, service utilization, and overall hospital revenue.
- Identify, initiate, and secure strategic partnerships with HMOs, corporate organizations, NGOs, embassies, schools, religious institutions, and other referral sources.
- Drive patient acquisition through community engagement, corporate outreach, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Initiate and manage outreach programs, wellness packages, medical screenings, and health fairs to promote hospital services and strengthen brand visibility.
- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, service gaps, and potential business opportunities.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, presentations, proposals, and promotional materials tailored to various target audiences.
- Manage the hospital’s social media visibility and digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and referral organizations.
- Monitor KPIs and business metrics to evaluate performance, ROI, and profitability of business development initiatives.
- Propose new service lines, packages, and innovations based on market demand and competitive analysis.
- Work closely with clinical, operations, and administrative departments to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with customer expectations.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports, dashboards, and business intelligence updates for management review.
- Participate actively in strategic planning sessions and contribute insights to support long-term organizational growth.
- Represent the hospital professionally at conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
- Support brand management by ensuring consistent messaging and patient experience across all touchpoints.
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4 - 7 years experience.
