  • We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company revenue growth.
  • The role involves market research, strategic planning, sales execution, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking platforms.
  • Prepare compelling business pitches, proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, HR) to ensure alignment and delivery of services.
  • Track performance against set targets and KPIs, and report to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a Business Development Executive
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content creation platforms
  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge.
