A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Job Description - We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company revenue growth. - The role involves market research, strategic planning, sales execution, and partnership development. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. - Develop and implement effective business development strategies. - Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships. - Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking platforms. - Prepare compelling business pitches, proposals and presentations. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs. - Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, HR) to ensure alignment and delivery of services. - Track performance against set targets and KPIs, and report to management. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field. - Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a Business Development Executive - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content creation platforms - Sales and Marketing Knowledge.
