We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.
  • We’re hiring a Business Development Lead to build and grow our Hospitality Supplies Division. This is a strategic B2B role focused on securing contract-based supply partnerships with hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and hospitality groups across Nigeria.
Key Focus:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy
  • Identify and secure top & mid-tier hotel accounts
  • Drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Build supplier relationships and scalable sales processes
  • Lead and mentor junior sales/account staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
  • 8–12+ years in business development/commercial roles
  • Strong B2B experience (preferably hospitality sector)
  • Proven track record in launching/scaling business lines
  • Strong negotiation, strategy, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
  • KPIs:*Revenue growth, new accounts secured, client retention, deal size, market expansion.
