Job description

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. - We’re hiring a Business Development Lead to build and grow our Hospitality Supplies Division. This is a strategic B2B role focused on securing contract-based supply partnerships with hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and hospitality groups across Nigeria. Key Focus: - Develop and execute go-to-market strategy - Identify and secure top & mid-tier hotel accounts - Drive revenue growth and market penetration - Build supplier relationships and scalable sales processes - Lead and mentor junior sales/account staff Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus) - 8–12+ years in business development/commercial roles - Strong B2B experience (preferably hospitality sector) - Proven track record in launching/scaling business lines - Strong negotiation, strategy, and relationship management skills - Willingness to travel nationwide - KPIs:*Revenue growth, new accounts secured, client retention, deal size, market expansion.
