## Title: Business Development Executive

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, build a pipeline of potential clients, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients and partners
  • Deliver presentations, create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new business
  • Oversee and optimize business operations, manage budgets and resources, and ensure projects align with company objectives
  • Motivate and manage teams, conduct performance evaluations, and provide direction to ensure alignment with the company's mission
  • Track performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and business intelligence tools, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
  • Facilitate communication between departments and prepare reports for senior leadership
  • Develop and implement long-term business strategies, analyze market trends, and create business plans to achieve organizational goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or similar roles with experience across multiple business facets
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Financial management and budgeting expertise
