Job Brief
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting leads into long-term customers. The successful candidate will be confident in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while contributing to the company's revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, with a strong focus on closing deals
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Clearly articulate Voyatek Group's products and services to prospective customers
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and market understanding
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years' proven experience in sales
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and deliver measurable results
- Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
- Clear growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and improve
- High level of professionalism, discipline, and accountability
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Good understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and performance tracking
- Prior experience within the travel and tourism industry (advantageous)
