## Title: Business Development Executive

Job Brief

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting leads into long-term customers. The successful candidate will be confident in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while contributing to the company's revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, with a strong focus on closing deals
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Clearly articulate Voyatek Group's products and services to prospective customers
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and market understanding

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of three (3) years' proven experience in sales
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and deliver measurable results
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
  • Clear growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and improve
  • High level of professionalism, discipline, and accountability
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
  • Good understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and performance tracking
  • Prior experience within the travel and tourism industry (advantageous)
