Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans to boost awareness, reputation, and equity
• Craft clear, compelling, and engaging messaging that resonates with audiences
• Oversee and coordinate communication across social media, email, events, and media outlets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, pitch stories, and secure media coverage to drive visibility
• Develop and curate high-quality, value-driven content for digital platforms and campaigns
• Create tailored content for corporate events, product launches, activations, and health-themed observances
• Plan and manage internal content calendars for key events such as World Health Day and Employee Appreciation Day
• Track and analyze brand metrics, providing data-driven insights for strategic improvements
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, HR, and product teams to align brand messaging and drive consistent communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
• Experience with media relations and content strategy
• Proficiency in social media, content tools, and campaign analytics
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet deadlines under pressure
• A passion for brand storytelling and internal engagement
