  • The Brand Media Personality is the on-camera representative of a brand, responsible for engaging people through interviews and creating compelling video content for social media platforms. This role combines personality, communication skills, and content creation to deliver authentic conversations that reflect the brand’s voice and values.
  • You will lead interviews, guide conversations, and turn real interactions into engaging short-form content designed to inform, entertain, and build audience trust.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the brand as an on-camera media personality
  • Conduct engaging interviews with individuals in various public or controlled settings
  • Lead conversations confidently while keeping discussions natural and on-brand
  • Create short-form video content optimized for social media platforms
  • Edit interview footage into clean, engaging clips or collaborate with an editor
  • Publish and manage content across assigned social media channels
  • Communicate brand messaging clearly through interviews and content
  • Maintain professionalism and brand integrity at all times
  • Monitor content performance and refine interview style based on feedback
Requirements:
  • Strong on-camera presence and confidence interviewing people
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to guide conversations and ask thoughtful questions
  • Comfortable being the visible face of a brand
  • Basic video editing skills using mobile or desktop tools
  • Understanding of short-form content and social media platforms
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in hosting, interviewing, or media presentation
  • Background in content creation or digital media
  • Familiarity with audience engagement and storytelling
