## Title: Brand Communications & Social Media Officer

About the Role

This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization in a dynamic communications role. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand communication and social media strategies that drive engagement and awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct continuous research on social media, digital, and brand communication trends to develop content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Plan, develop, and manage a comprehensive content calendar across all social media platforms.
  • Create compelling, on-brand content for social media, email campaigns, websites, newsletters, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce visually appealing and impactful brand and marketing materials.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including post scheduling, community management, and response to comments and inquiries.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics, recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated brand and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and product launches.
  • Liaise with external vendors, creative agencies, printers, and partners to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.
  • Support the production of in-house magazines and generate editorial and long-form content.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining brand and marketing databases.
  • Carry out additional strategic responsibilities as assigned by management or executive leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in brand communications, social media management, or content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting ability.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms, content scheduling, community engagement, and basic reporting.
