## Title: Brand and Marketing Manager
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to drive brand growth and marketing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement brand strategies that align with company goals and enhance brand recognition in the market
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Pursue and nurture new business leads and cultivate strategic partnerships for B2B development
- Develop compelling marketing content, including promotional materials
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, business development, and customer service to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide performance insights
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Oversee public relations efforts, including media outreach and event planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the retail and finance sector
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Creative mindset with a passion for branding and marketing
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
