## Title: Brand and Marketing Manager

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to drive brand growth and marketing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement brand strategies that align with company goals and enhance brand recognition in the market
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
  • Pursue and nurture new business leads and cultivate strategic partnerships for B2B development
  • Develop compelling marketing content, including promotional materials
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, business development, and customer service to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide performance insights
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Oversee public relations efforts, including media outreach and event planning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the retail and finance sector
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Creative mindset with a passion for branding and marketing
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
