  • The successful candidate will support store supervision, staff coordination, and day-to-day retail operations while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Retail Supervisor in managing daily store operations
  • Assist in supervising sales staff and monitoring performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards at all times
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory control
  • Handle and escalate customer complaints professionally
  • Track daily sales and assist with basic sales reporting
  • Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store organization
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in retail or a supervisory assistant role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
