Assistant Retail Supervisor

Position Overview: - The successful candidate will support store supervision, staff coordination, and day-to-day retail operations while ensuring excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Retail Supervisor in managing daily store operations - Assist in supervising sales staff and monitoring performance - Ensure excellent customer service standards at all times - Monitor stock levels and support inventory control - Handle and escalate customer complaints professionally - Track daily sales and assist with basic sales reporting - Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store organization - Assist with opening and closing procedures. Requirements: - Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. - At least 2 years’ experience in retail or a supervisory assistant role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Customer-focused and detail-oriented - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
