We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement crop management plans to optimize yield and quality.

• Monitor crop health and implement pest and disease control measures.

• Conduct soil tests and recommend appropriate fertilization and irrigation practices.

• Research and recommend new crop varieties and planting techniques.

• Conduct field trials and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of agricultural practices.

• Collect and analyze data on crop performance and soil health.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in agronomy and integrate them into practices.

• Publish research findings and present at agricultural conferences and seminars.

• Develop training materials and manuals on crop management.

• Maintain accurate records of research activities and field observations.

• Prepare detailed reports on research findings and recommendations.

• Implement and oversee pest and disease management programs.
