We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Responsibilities - Develop and implement crop management plans to optimize yield and quality. - Monitor crop health and implement pest and disease control measures. - Conduct soil tests and recommend appropriate fertilization and irrigation practices. - Research and recommend new crop varieties and planting techniques. - Conduct field trials and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of agricultural practices. - Collect and analyze data on crop performance and soil health. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in agronomy and integrate them into practices. - Publish research findings and present at agricultural conferences and seminars. - Develop training materials and manuals on crop management. - Maintain accurate records of research activities and field observations. - Prepare detailed reports on research findings and recommendations. - Implement and oversee pest and disease management programs.
