About the Role
Hoop Telecoms is seeking an Administrative Officer to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment while providing comprehensive support to staff and management. You will manage office resources and maintain organizational systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, greeting visitors, and handling incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages) with professionalism
- Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies, equipment, and resources, placing and tracking orders in adherence to budget
- Ensure the general office environment is professional, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Coordinate with service providers (maintenance, IT support, cleaning) to ensure all office facilities and equipment are in excellent working order
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a B2 Corps Member posted to Lagos (Mainland)
- Yet to have a PPA (Primary Place of Assignment)
Essential Skills
- Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues independently, and prioritize tasks effectively
