## Title: Administrative Officer – Facility Management

About the Role

Petrogap Oil and Gas Limited is seeking a qualified Administrative Officer for our Lagos office. This position involves overseeing facility management, procurement, budget administration, and team supervision.

Compensation

Salary range: 300,000 – 400,000 NGN net

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage the annual departmental budget
  • Procure office supplies and consumables at competitive prices while maintaining consumption records and adhering to budget guidelines
  • Design and implement office policies, establishing standards and procedures
  • Develop and review vendor selection criteria; maintain and expand the vendor/supplier list
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate quality, discounts, and competitive pricing
  • Conduct research on process improvement methods to enhance efficiency and minimize expenditure
  • Process and arrange timely payment of office utilities and domestic bills (DSTV, Internet, phone, waste disposal, electricity, diesel, fuel, etc.) and manage subscription updates and computer upgrades
  • Manage and maintain plant and machinery, including power generating sets on the premises
  • Supervise, maintain, and manage the general outlook, equipment, and company assets; coordinate with maintenance personnel
  • Supervise and monitor support staff and customer service teams
  • Conduct performance appraisals for support staff
  • Monitor, instruct, and appraise security guards on premises security
  • Design an easily retrievable filing system

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in any relevant discipline
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in facility management, procurement, and administration
  • Relevant professional certification in facility management or related field
  • Female candidates only
