Job Summary
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the company. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced telecoms environment.
Location
Lagos (Berger Axis), Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
- Handle office procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Support HR and finance departments with documentation and coordination
- Coordinate staff travel, meetings, and company events
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, letters, and phone calls)
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Provide general support to managers and other departments as required
Requirements
- HND/BSc in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–4 years proven experience in administrative or office management role (preferably in a telecommunications or technical environment)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
