## Title: Administrative Officer

Job Summary

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the company. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced telecoms environment.

Lagos (Berger Axis), Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Handle office procurement, logistics, and inventory management
  • Support HR and finance departments with documentation and coordination
  • Coordinate staff travel, meetings, and company events
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, letters, and phone calls)
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Provide general support to managers and other departments as required

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 3–4 years proven experience in administrative or office management role (preferably in a telecommunications or technical environment)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
