## Title: Administrative Manager

Job Summary

Support the HR/Admin Manager in managing administrative operations, logistics, staff welfare, and record keeping across the company and subsidiaries. Ensure efficient office coordination, compliance, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist HR/Admin Manager with day-to-day administrative and HR functions
  • Supervise support staff and oversee office logistics, assets, and supplies
  • Maintain staff records, attendance, and leave schedules
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and facility maintenance
  • Prepare periodic administrative and logistics reports
  • Coordinate internal communications and staff welfare programs

Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Sc. or B.A. in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Administration or HR

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
